Do NOT upgrade your Dexterit-E/GUI Computer to Windows 10 without our Upgrade Kit!
As the Dexterit-E computer is customized to run your Kinarm Lab, the Windows operating system cannot be upgraded to Windows 10 without adversely affecting your Kinarm Lab. Dexterit-E will NOT work. If you need to upgrade, depending on the age of your Dexterit-E/GUI computer, you have one of two options. Please see Win10 Compliance

Creating Custom Tasks
For creating custom tasks, we recommend you first review the extensive MathWorks support site to learn the fundamentals of Simulink® and Stateflow® in addition to our own user guides. If you don’t have an account with MathWorks, you can start here.

Our training videos can help you get started with using our Dexterit-E and Dexterit-E Explorer software, and explain some of the fundamentals of custom task programming.

If your maintenance program is current, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
You may want to attach a log file to save time. To do so, open Dexterit-E and go to Help > Generate Logs. If it’s a task specific issue, check the “task and protocol files” box. As you go through the wizard select the copy of this task you have. Once the log is generated, send it to email@example.com.
