Stateflow License

yzahed asked 6 years ago
Hi, We have an End-point Lab robot in our lab and we use Dexterit-E 3.5.2 version of the software. Recently, for some reason, whenever I open a .slx file it gives me and error saying : "Maximum number of users reached for stateflow". It doesn't let me build any model by saying that it is preventing simulations in the absence of stateflow license. Besides that, the time of the computer is off by 40 minutes and it won't change when I try to fix it (I'm not sure if they are related). If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate your help. Hello Yekta, It sounds like there is an issue with your MATLAB license server. If you are using a centralized MATLAB license server then it's likely that there are several people using stateflow and no licenses are left for you to use. You will need to speak with your IT staff to find a resolution to the problem. The clock being off by 40 minutes is very odd. This may be why you are having trouble with your license. You will need to ensure you are logged in with an administrative privileges in order to change the time. Again, your IT staff may be able to help you with this. Cheers! Duncan
