Display stimuli for exactly one frame

DWQA QuestionsCategory: Custom Task DevelopmentDisplay stimuli for exactly one frame

Hello, I'd like to display a stimulus on the KINARM Exo monitor for exactly 1 frame (~17ms). I'm getting differences in video latency send and acknowledge times pretty reliably around 17ms, so this should be possible. Is there any way to ensure that the displaying of stimuli is synced to the refresh of the monitor so that stimuli can be displayed for exactly one frame, without dropping a frame or adding one?   Thanks,   Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, There is a From tag available called last_frame_sent that tells you the frame number of the last frame sent. When the stimuli is sent to the Process Video CMD and look at what the value of last_frame_sent is. When last_frame_sent increments, turn off the stimuli. That way it will be just the one frame that has a command to draw your stimuli. Cheers, Koloman
