I am trying to use event codes and event supplements in my analysis of the standard “Object Hit” and “Object Hit and Avoid” tasks. To date, I have read the Dexterit-E Explorer User guide to familiarize myself with the task set up and have figured out how to access the two channels in both Dexterit-E Explorer and Matlab.
What I am missing is a way to interpret the entries for both channels (i.e. I can tell from playback in Dexterit-E Explorer that event codes occur when targets appear or are hit, but I am not sure what is represented by the different specific values). Is there any documentation available that explains how the values for these two channels are generated throughout the two tasks?
