Adobe Acrobat is used as a plug-in in Dexterit-E to see our generated reports.

Most upgrades to Adobe Acrobat are perfectly smooth, however, this is not the case with XI (11). If you have upgraded to Adobe XI and you can no longer open reports here is the procedure you need to make it work again:
Open Acrobat Reader (outside of Dex)
Open Edit->Preferences
Select “Security (Enhanced)” from the list on the left
Uncheck “Enable Protected Mode at startup” at the top.
Close Acrobat reader

Now you should be able to open reports.
